The Best GoHighLevel Alternatives in 2026

Best GoHighLevel alternatives in 2026 for AI calling, CRM, white-label and funnels, compared on price and strengths, using each vendor's own pages.

The Best GoHighLevel Alternatives in 2026

Short answer: the best GoHighLevel alternatives depend on why you are leaving. For AI calling and AI follow-up on one platform, StrideOps (from $99 a month). For a CRM your sales team already knows, HubSpot. For a small business CRM with automation, Keap ($299 a month). For funnels first, ClickFunnels (from $97 a month). For the cheapest all-in-one, Systeme.io (free plan, paid from $17 a month). For an agency reselling software to local businesses under its own brand, Vendasta (white-label from a $499 monthly minimum).

A fair warning before the list: I built StrideOps, and it is on this list. I also ran my AI agency on GoHighLevel on the way past $50K a month, so I know what it does well and what made me leave. I have kept every row to what each vendor says on its own pages, checked on 15 October 2026, and I say where StrideOps is the wrong pick.

Why people look for a GoHighLevel alternative

GoHighLevel is a good product. It puts a CRM, funnels, calendars, automations and white-label in one place for $97, $297 or $497 a month. People leave for one of three reasons:

  1. The AI is an add-on. Voice AI and Conversation AI are billed per use or through the AI Employee add-on at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account, with phone usage on top. I broke that down in GoHighLevel pricing in 2026.
  2. The stack around it. Most agencies I know bolt on a voice AI tool, a notetaker, a comment-to-DM tool, a cold email tool and Zapier or n8n to glue it together.
  3. It does too much, or the wrong much. A solo coach selling a course does not need sub-accounts and SaaS mode.

Knowing which one is yours is most of the decision.

1. StrideOps: for AI calling and follow-up on one platform

Price: Operator $99, Growth $299, Agency $599 a month, with $10, $50 and $150 of usage credits included and pay as you go after that.

StrideOps is what I built after the stitched stack wore me down. It has the parts of GoHighLevel most businesses use (CRM, pipeline, workflows, funnels, forms, calendars), and the AI is native rather than an add-on: AI voice agents that answer and make calls, AI text agents that book, outbound calling campaigns, plus a meeting notetaker, Instagram comment-to-DM and cold email. Every channel writes to the same contact record.

The migration piece matters if you are on GoHighLevel today. The StrideOps browser extension imports your GoHighLevel workflows as drafts, contacts and opportunities sync both ways while you switch, and funnel pages can be captured from their URLs as draft steps. It does not import snapshots, and funnel capture is not a one-click migration.

The StrideOps Workflows page with an Import from GoHighLevel button and imported workflow folders
Workflows in StrideOps, with Import from GoHighLevel next to Create Workflow. Imported workflows land as drafts.

Best for: businesses and agencies whose offer is AI calling, AI texting and fast follow-up. The wrong pick if: you need hundreds of client sub-accounts today (the Agency tier includes 5 client organizations), or you only need funnels and email.

2. HubSpot: for sales teams that want the standard CRM

Price: HubSpot's Starter Customer Platform is about $20 per seat a month billed monthly, less billed yearly, and its page advertises new-customer discounts. Professional and Enterprise editions cost much more.

HubSpot is the CRM most salespeople have used. The Starter Customer Platform bundles the Starter edition of every HubSpot tool: marketing, sales, content, customer service, payments and CRM. Its app marketplace and reporting are the deepest on this list.

Best for: sales teams that want a familiar CRM and a big library of integrations. What to know: pricing is per seat, so cost grows with the team. If you want AI voice on top of HubSpot, see our HubSpot comparison.

3. Keap: for small business CRM, automation and payments

Price: $299 a month billed monthly ($2,988 a year), with 2 users included and $39 a month per extra user. Contacts are priced in tiers.

Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) is one of the oldest names in small business automation, with CRM, email and payments in one product.

Best for: service businesses that want a mature CRM with automation built in. What to know: Keap's pricing page says an implementation package is required (no price listed), payment processing fees are separate, and annual contracts carry a $299 early termination fee.

4. ClickFunnels: for funnels, courses and checkout first

Price: Launch $97, Scale $197 and Optimize $297 a month, or $81, $164 and $248 a month billed yearly. Dominate is $5,997 a year.

If what you actually used in GoHighLevel was the funnel builder, ClickFunnels is the specialist. Plans include funnels, email, courses, communities and custom domains, with limits on contacts, team members and workspaces that grow by plan.

Best for: info businesses and coaches selling online. What to know: it is funnel-first. A CRM pipeline, calling and agency sub-accounts are not why people buy it.

5. Systeme.io: the lowest-cost all-in-one

Price: Free for up to 2,000 contacts. Startup $17, Webinar $47 and Unlimited $97 a month, with two months free on yearly billing.

Systeme.io covers funnels, email, courses and a basic CRM at a price nothing else here matches. The free plan does not expire and needs no card. Less well known: every plan includes unlimited sub-accounts and a white-label program, so you can resell Systeme.io on your own domain at your own prices (as long as they are not lower than Systeme.io's).

Best for: solo creators and new businesses watching every dollar. What to know: contact limits step up by plan (2,000, 5,000 and 10,000 before Unlimited), and it is built around funnels, email and courses rather than sales calling.

6. Vendasta: for agencies reselling to local businesses

Price: Starter has a $99 monthly minimum with no contract. Professional ($499 monthly minimum) and Premium ($999 monthly minimum) are one-year contracts.

Vendasta is the closest to GoHighLevel's agency model: a platform you resell to local businesses, with a marketplace of products. Its Conversations AI tiers cover web chat, then SMS, then phone calls at the Premium tier.

Best for: agencies selling a bundle of software and services to many local businesses. What to know: Starter is co-branded with Vendasta. The white-label client portal and custom domains start on Professional, which is a one-year contract. I wrote a separate post on white-label GoHighLevel alternatives if that is your main reason for leaving.

How to choose in two questions

1. What do you sell?

  • Your own service, and the phone is how you close: StrideOps.
  • A product through a sales team: HubSpot.
  • A course or a coaching offer online: ClickFunnels or Systeme.io.
  • Software and services to other businesses under your brand: StrideOps Agency, Vendasta, Systeme.io's white-label program, or GoHighLevel itself.

2. Where does the AI need to live? If AI calls and AI texts are the product, choose a platform where the AI writes to the same contact record as everything else. Otherwise you will rebuild the stack you are leaving, with a voice tool, a notetaker and a Zapier account around the new CRM.

Swap GoHighLevel, keep the bolt-ons

Still separate logins, contact lists and invoices

  • A new CRM or funnel toolThe GoHighLevel part
  • VapiVoice AI
  • FirefliesCall notes
  • ManyChatComment-to-DM
  • InstantlyCold email
  • n8n or ZapierThe glue

Moving the CRM does not fix the handoffs between tools.

StrideOps Growth

One contact record for every channel

$299/mo
  • CRM, pipelines, workflows, funnels and calendars
  • AI voice agents, AI text agents and calling campaigns
  • Meeting notetaker that scores sales calls
  • Instagram comment-to-DM and cold email
  • Your GoHighLevel workflows, imported as drafts
  • $50 of usage credits a month included

AI calls are metered against usage credits, pay as you go after that.

Should you stay on GoHighLevel?

Maybe. If you are a marketing agency selling funnels, CRM and automation to many clients, need unlimited sub-accounts and do not lean on AI calling, GoHighLevel is still a strong deal, and its Agency Pro plan's SaaS mode is mature. I wrote the full case in Is GoHighLevel worth it in 2026?.

FAQ

The bottom line

There is no single best GoHighLevel alternative, only the best one for what you sell. Funnels and courses: ClickFunnels or Systeme.io. A sales team: HubSpot. A small business CRM: Keap. Reselling local marketing software: Vendasta. AI calling and AI follow-up with everything behind it on one platform: that is the gap I built StrideOps to fill.
