How it works
From GoHighLevel to StrideOps in five steps
Install the extension
Add the StrideOps browser extension and open your workflows in GoHighLevel.
Import all directly
Every workflow lands in a GoHighLevel import folder as a draft. Re-import later and it updates the same workflows.
Check the placeholders
Any step that doesn't map one to one shows up as a clear placeholder, so nothing breaks silently.
Bring the rest
Custom fields, custom values, email templates and Conversation AI bots import too. Funnel pages come in from their URLs as drafts.
Sync and switch
Connect your GoHighLevel account so contacts and opportunities sync both ways while you run both side by side.
Every GoHighLevel workflow, one click
Then add the AI

FAQ
Switching, answered
How do I import my GoHighLevel workflows?
Install the StrideOps browser extension, open your workflows in GoHighLevel and choose Import all directly. Every workflow lands in a GoHighLevel import folder in StrideOps as a draft, so you can check each one before it goes live. The extension is installed as an unpacked extension in Chrome (a signed version exists for Firefox), and setup takes a couple of minutes.
What happens to steps that don't map one to one?
They show up as clear placeholder steps on the canvas, so nothing fails silently. You can see exactly which steps need mapping and finish them in the StrideOps workflow builder.
What else comes across besides workflows?
Custom fields, custom values, email templates and Conversation AI bots have their own importers. Connect your GoHighLevel account and contacts and opportunities sync both ways, and you can also import contacts from a CSV.
Can I import my GoHighLevel snapshot?
Not as a snapshot. StrideOps imports your workflows, fields, values, email templates and Conversation AI bots, and syncs contacts and opportunities. Funnel pages come in separately, from their URLs.
Do my funnels move over?
Paste the URLs of up to 10 pages and they become draft funnel steps in StrideOps. It is a capture of each page, not a native funnel file, so plan a quick pass in the page builder to polish them.
Can I run GoHighLevel and StrideOps side by side while I switch?
Yes. With two-way contact and opportunity sync turned on, both systems stay current while you move workflows over. One thing to know: a large first sync can enroll new contacts in any live Contact Created workflows, so leave imported workflows as drafts until the sync finishes.
What does StrideOps cost compared with GoHighLevel?
StrideOps starts from $99 a month on Operator. Growth, our most popular plan, is $299 a month. GoHighLevel Starter is $97 a month and Unlimited, which agencies reselling to clients usually need, is $297 a month, before you add a separate notetaker or calling tool.
