AI calling campaigns

Call the whole list. File every outcome.

Load your leads, pick your agent and set the rules. Your AI calls inside each lead's own calling hours, retries, drops voicemails, respects do-not-call and ends every call with an outcome that runs the next step.

From $99 a month. Billed monthly, cancel any time.

How it works

Launch a campaign in four steps

  1. Pick your list

Load contacts from your CRM or a CSV.

  2. Pick your agent

A StrideOps voice agent, or your own Vapi or Retell agent.

  3. Set the rules

Calling hours by time zone, daily caps that ramp up, retries, double-dial and voicemail drops.

  4. Map the outcomes

Booked goes to the calendar, no answer to a retry, a callback to the time they asked for.

Every AI call ends with a next step

Built into every campaign

The rules a good SDR follows anyway

The StrideOps campaign builder: channel, provider, agent, contacts, dispositions and settings steps

Calling hours by time zone

Every lead is called inside your window, in their own time zone.

Retries and double-dial

No-answers come back around, and busy people get a second ring.

Voicemail detection and drop

When a machine answers, it leaves your recorded message and moves on.

Callback scheduling

"Call me tomorrow at three" gets a callback at three.

DNC checks on every dial

Do-not-call is checked before each call, and booked contacts are skipped.

Already on Vapi or Retell?

Keep your agents. Add the CRM.

Connect your key and your existing agents and numbers show up in StrideOps. Run them in campaigns next to your CRM, calendar and workflows, with every call on the contact.

  • Agents and numbers mirror into StrideOps
  • Pick StrideOps, Vapi or Retell for each campaign
  • Call events can start workflows
  • Retell numbers need SIP trunk setup on Retell

FAQ

Campaigns, answered

Which AI agents can run a campaign?

Native StrideOps voice agents, or your existing Vapi or Retell agents. Paste your Vapi or Retell API key in Settings and your agents and numbers show up in StrideOps, ready to pick when you create a campaign.

What happens when nobody answers?

No-answers get retries, and you can turn on double-dial. If a voicemail picks up, voicemail detection can drop your recorded message.

How does StrideOps handle do-not-call?

DNC and do-not-disturb checks run before every dial, and contacts who already booked are removed from the campaign.

What is a disposition?

The outcome of a call: booked, no answer, voicemail, callback and so on. A disposition map decides what happens next, and every outcome can start a workflow, such as a text, an email or a task for your team. A lead who says call me tomorrow at three gets a callback at three.

Do Retell phone numbers connect automatically?

Retell agents mirror into StrideOps once you connect your key. Retell phone numbers need a SIP trunk set up on the Retell side before calls route through them. Pointing a Twilio number at a Vapi agent is automatic.

Can campaigns use more than calls?

Yes. Campaigns are multichannel: voice, SMS, email and ringless voicemail.
