Which meeting platforms does the notetaker join?
Paste a Zoom or Google Meet link and the Stride Notetaker joins now or at a scheduled time. Meetings booked through StrideOps calendars can send it automatically.
What do I get after each call?
The recording, the full transcript, an AI summary with next steps, and a score against your sales framework. Meetings have search, folders, share links and downloads.
How does call scoring work?
You set up a coaching framework with a scored rubric, and each call is scored against it. Score trends show how you and every rep improve over time.
What is Ask the meeting?
Ask any question about a call, such as what they said about budget, and get the answer along with the moment in the call it came from.
I already use Fireflies. Do I have to switch?
No. Connect Fireflies and bring your meeting history into StrideOps, or use the Stride Notetaker. Either way your meetings sit next to the contact and the deal.
Is there any setup?
Turn on the notetaker integration in Settings once. After that, paste a link or book through StrideOps and it joins on its own.
Are AI phone calls recorded too?
Yes. Calls made or answered by StrideOps AI voice agents have recordings, transcripts and replay in Call Logs, on the contact record.
