Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information StrideOps.ai collects, how we use and share it, the choices you have, and how we keep it secure - including how we handle voice recordings, CRM records, and AI processing.
Last updated: June 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Executive Stride LLC, operating the StrideOps.ai platform ("StrideOps," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you visit strideops.ai, create an account, or use our products and services (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to our website visitors, account holders, and the end users who interact with agents built on StrideOps.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and profile data - name, work email, password, company name, role, and team-member details.
- Billing data - billing contact, plan, and payment records. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
- Customer content - the data you upload or generate in the platform: contacts and CRM records, knowledge-base documents, agent prompts and configurations, content assets, and similar.
- Communications - messages you send to support, sales, or via forms (including the demo-request form).
Voice, call, and conversation data
Where you operate voice or messaging agents, the Services process phone numbers, call audio, call recordings, transcripts, message content, and related metadata (timestamps, duration, outcome). This data may include personal information about the people your agents speak with. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consents to record and process these communications (see our Terms of Service).
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data - IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, features used, and diagnostic logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies - used for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. See Cookies and tracking below.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services.
- Authenticate users and manage accounts, seats, and tenants.
- Process payments, trials, renewals, and overage billing.
- Run the AI features you configure - routing calls, enriching CRM records, generating content, answering from your knowledge base.
- Provide support and respond to your requests.
- Monitor performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve reliability and security.
- Send service, security, and (where permitted) marketing messages.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How we use AI and your data for model training
StrideOps uses third-party and proprietary AI models to deliver voice, content, CRM, and research features. We do not use your customer content to train foundation models, and we do not sell your data. Where AI features run through third-party model providers (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Deepgram), we send only the data necessary to perform the requested task, under agreements that prohibit those providers from training on your content. Any optional feature that would use your data to improve models is off by default and requires your explicit opt-in.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Subprocessors - vendors that process data on our behalf to run the Services (see the table below), under contracts requiring appropriate safeguards.
- Within your organization and tenants - with users and workspaces you authorize.
- At your direction - with integrations you connect (for example your CRM, calendar, or telephony provider).
- Legal and safety - when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate fraud or abuse.
- Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Services); legitimate interests (to secure, maintain, and improve the Services); consent (for certain marketing and optional features); and compliance with legal obligations. Where we act as a processor, your organization is responsible for establishing the legal basis for the data it processes through StrideOps.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for the period required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Customer content is retained according to your settings and our agreement; on termination, we delete or return customer content within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is legally required. Call recordings are retained per your configured retention settings.
7. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, per-tenant isolation, and audit logging. Our platform is operated to SOC 2 Type II standards and supports HIPAA-aligned deployments under a Business Associate Agreement. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data location and international transfers
We can store and process data in the United States, the European Union, and Australia depending on your configuration. Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where required.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Residents of California and similar jurisdictions may request disclosure of the categories of data collected and may opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (note: we do not sell or share data for advertising).
To exercise your rights, contact privacy@strideops.ai. If your data was provided to StrideOps by a business that uses our platform, please direct your request to that business; we will assist them as their processor. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and optional cookies for preferences and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Services function.
11. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Contact us
Questions about this policy or our data practices can be sent to privacy@strideops.ai, or by mail to Executive Stride LLC, Attn: Privacy. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
