A lead's afternoon

Handled by one AI rep

  1. Noon: a text

A lead asks about prices. Your AI text agent answers from your knowledge base and offers a time.

  2. "Can you just call me?"

Your AI voice agent rings them, with the whole text thread already in mind.

  3. It remembers

The price they asked about, the day they wanted and their business name. They never repeat a thing.

  4. Booked and saved

It books the job onto your calendar and saves what it learned on the contact.

The AI remembered what the lead said by text

A lead texted at midnight. Here's what happened.

Text-to-call

"Can you just call me?"

A lead texts asking for a call. Their phone rings, and your AI already knows what they asked by text.

  • The text agent starts the call
  • The voice agent opens with the text thread in context
  • Booked and saved to the contact

FAQ

Shared memory, answered

What is shared memory?

A memory per contact that your StrideOps voice, SMS and email agents all read and write. Turn it on and the agent on the phone knows what the lead said by text, and the text agent knows what was said on the call.

Is shared memory on by default?

No. You turn it on in Settings > AI memory, per channel, and you can exclude specific contacts. The facts it remembers show on the contact record.

How does "call me" work?

When a lead texts asking for a call, the AI text agent can trigger a call from your AI voice agent, which starts the call with the text thread already in context. Text-to-call works on Twilio numbers today.

What can the AI text agent do on its own?

Reply in seconds, answer from your knowledge base, book, cancel and reschedule appointments, collect name and email, tag contacts, start workflows and follow up inside your active hours.

What happens when I want to take over?

The moment a person from your team jumps into the conversation, the AI steps back.
