Short answer: the main white label GoHighLevel alternative for an agency that sells AI is StrideOps Agency at $599 a month: your logo and custom domain, client rebilling through Stripe at your own margin, 5 client organizations, 20 active AI voice agents and $150 of usage credits a month, with AI calling, AI texting and the CRM built in. GoHighLevel's Agency Pro ($497 a month) is still the pick if you need unlimited sub-accounts and SaaS mode today. Vendasta suits agencies reselling a wide bundle of local marketing products, with white-label starting at a $499 monthly minimum on a one-year contract.
I scaled my own AI agency past $50K a month reselling GoHighLevel with Vapi and n8n on top, and Executive Stride has built systems for 400+ businesses. White-labeling GoHighLevel itself was never the problem. Everything I bolted on to deliver the AI was. That is why the AI-native version of this exists.
What white-label has to mean for an AI agency
When you resell software to clients, white-label is more than a logo on the login screen. For an agency that sells AI calling and follow-up, it needs four things:
- Your brand and your domain. Clients log in to your product, not someone else's.
- Rebilling. You charge each client your price, including their usage, and keep the margin.
- Control per client. You decide which features each client sees.
- The AI inside the product. If the voice agent lives in a separate vendor account, the client relationship is split across two bills, two logins and a webhook.
GoHighLevel covers the first three well. The fourth is where my agency's margin went.
The three options side by side
| GoHighLevel Agency Pro | StrideOps Agency | Vendasta Professional | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $497 a month | $599 a month | $499 monthly minimum, 1-year contract |
| Client accounts | Unlimited sub-accounts | 5 client organizations | Unlimited client accounts |
| Your team | Unlimited users | 25 team members, 20 active AI voice agents | 5 seats, then $35 a seat a month |
| Your brand | White-label desktop web app, per its FAQ | Your logo and custom domain | White-label client portal and custom Business App domain |
| Rebilling | SaaS mode; rebill phone and email with markup | Client rebilling through Stripe at your margin | Invoice clients through Stripe; buy products at wholesale |
| AI voice agents | Voice AI billed per use, or AI Employee at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account | Built in, metered against usage credits ($150 a month included) | Phone voice in the Premium tier of Conversations AI |
The honest read: GoHighLevel and Vendasta win on account count, and GoHighLevel's SaaS mode is the most mature. StrideOps wins if what you sell is AI calling, because the voice agent, the campaigns and the follow-up are part of the product you are white-labeling, not a second vendor behind it.
One more worth knowing about if your clients are creators: Systeme.io includes a white-label reseller program on every plan, from free. You sell its plans on your own domain at your own prices, as long as they are not lower than Systeme.io's. It is a funnels, email and courses product, so it fits course sellers better than businesses that live on the phone.
The AI bill per client is the real difference
On GoHighLevel, AI is priced per sub-account. If you put AI Employee Unlimited on five clients, that is 5 x $97 = $485 a month on top of Agency Pro, before phone usage. You can rebill it, and you should, but it is still a line per client.
Monthly platform cost for an agency with 5 AI clients
- Vendasta Pro$499 min
- GHL Agency Pro$497
- GHL + AI Employee x5$982
- StrideOps Agency$599
To be straight about StrideOps: AI is not free there either. Calls are metered against your usage credits based on what each call really costs, and you pay as you go after the included $150. The difference is that there is no monthly AI add-on per client, and the usage can be rebilled to the client it belongs to.
The margin math, done honestly
The platform cost is the easy part. StrideOps Agency is $599 a month, which is $7,188 a year billed monthly, or $5,990 billed yearly.
Here is an example with made-up client prices, so you can swap in your own:
| Example | Monthly |
|---|---|
| 5 clients paying you $750 a month for an AI receptionist and follow-up | $3,750 in |
| StrideOps Agency | $599 out |
| AI and phone usage | Rebilled to each client at your markup |
| What is left before your team's time | $3,151 |
The prices are yours to set. The point is the shape: one platform fee, usage that passes through to the client who used it, and no per-client AI subscription in the middle. Your real cost is the hours your team spends building and looking after each client, which is why I care so much about the next section.
What I was actually maintaining per client
On the stitched stack, every new AI client meant:
One AI client on the stitched stack
GoHighLevel sub-account
Snapshot, pipeline, calendars
Vapi assistant and number
A separate account and bill
n8n flow
Call results back into the CRM
GoHighLevel workflow
Triggers on the tag n8n wrote
In StrideOps, the same client is one organization under your brand: the voice agent, the text agent, the campaigns, the CRM and the workflows are all inside it, and the call outcome moves the deal by itself. You choose which apps each client sees.

What moves over from a client's GoHighLevel account
If you are moving existing clients, plan it per client account:
| Asset | How it moves to StrideOps |
|---|---|
| Workflows | StrideOps browser extension, imported as drafts into a GoHighLevel import folder |
| Conversation AI bots | Their own importer |
| Custom fields, custom values, email templates | Their own importers |
| Contacts and opportunities | Two-way sync with the connected GoHighLevel account, or CSV import |
| Funnel pages | Paste up to 10 page URLs; they become draft funnel steps to polish |
| Phone numbers | A Twilio number's webhooks can be pointed away from GoHighLevel |
| Snapshots | Not supported; move the pieces above instead |
Move one client first, run both systems side by side with contacts syncing, and switch the phone number last. The full walkthrough is in how to export GoHighLevel workflows.
When GoHighLevel is still the better white-label
I would stay on GoHighLevel if:
- You need far more than 5 client accounts right now and sell mostly funnels, CRM and email.
- You rely on SaaS mode's automated sub-account creation and self-serve signups.
- You need a white-label mobile app (GoHighLevel sells it as a $497 a month add-on, included with Enterprise).
And you do not have to move everyone at once. Connect GoHighLevel to StrideOps and contacts and opportunities sync both ways, so you can move one client at a time. The browser extension imports your GoHighLevel workflows as drafts. It does not import snapshots.
The platform is half the business; the other half is clients. Our Stride AI Academy community has a full guide on how to find clients for an AI automation agency.
FAQ
Can I move my GoHighLevel snapshot to StrideOps?
No. Snapshots do not import. Workflows, Conversation AI bots, custom fields, custom values and email templates have importers, contacts sync both ways, and funnel pages come in from their URLs.
Can my clients see that the platform is StrideOps?
On the Agency plan, clients log in to your brand on your own domain, with your logo, and each client has their own workspace. Decide per client which features they see.
How many clients can I run on the StrideOps Agency plan?
The Agency plan includes 5 client organizations, 25 team members and 20 active AI voice agents, with $150 of usage credits a month, for $599 a month.
The bottom line
GoHighLevel is a strong white-label CRM. If your agency sells AI calling and follow-up, the question is whether the AI is inside the product you resell or bolted on beside it, with its own bill per client. That one decision decides how many hours each client costs you. For the wider playbook, read how to start a white-label AI agency, or compare every option in the best GoHighLevel alternatives.
